“All of the conveniences of home (except we couldn't find a sharp knife which turned out that we didn't look hard enough). Comfy bed, nice kitchen, TV in bedroom, enjoyed the balcony overlooking a fairway, enjoyed walking trails and appreciated the location.”

“Stayed for a long weekend for my son’s graduation. Couldn’t have asked for a better place-beautiful peaceful views and great place overall. Should have read more carefully about the place so I knew there was no Keurig-just a regular coffee pot. It was definitely in the details so that was on me-quick trip to the store for the right coffee . Otherwise a smooth, fantastic weekend. Loved it.”

“Perfect spot for our week in Charleston! We loved watching nature from the screened porch every morning and evening. After a day of sightseeing, we relaxed in Claire’s condo listening to the birds and watching the boats and low & high tides. The location was the perfect distance from Charleston and Folly Beach. Gigi was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and spots to visit. She responded quickly to questions we had. I would highly recommend Claire’s place for couples and plenty of room...

“Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“I selected the unit because it was ocean front and had no stairs. I am retired, and have some handicaps. The location is spectacular! Great beach area. When I arrived, the cleaning crew was just leaving. The place was very clean. My only complaints about the unit are more about my problems than the units! It is not really set up completely for handicapped people. There are no safety bars in the shower/tubs, and the ramp to the beach needs a rail to be safe, as sand and wood can be slippery....

“Bed slept great! Could have been a smidge cleaner-fan blades for ex. Bathroom fixtures needed cleaning or a coat of paint. Deck furn and cushions were hardly usuable. Overall it was a nice stay”
