“Good helpfull”

“This is our second visit and we plan to come again next year. We really enjoy the location, rooms & friendliness of the staff - we felt the service was personalised and sincere. The dining experience was wonderful location however the quality of the food (being taste) was inconsistent between different choices particularly around meat dishes being a little dry and sometimes undercooked. We had stayed the previous week at Hotel Intercontinental Westlake in Hanoi where the food was 5 star plus so...

“I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at Hotel Laut Jaya. The room was dirty, old, and badly maintained. The toilet condition was also poor, and the overall room condition felt terrible. More importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. It used a physical key, the doorknob felt unstable, and the window could not be locked at all. As a solo traveller staying on the 2nd level, this made me feel very uneasy. I eventually decided to leave and book another hotel instead. I understand...

“Secluded location, completely private beach with only resort guests, perfect for a long weekend. The towels are not so clean, with dead bugs on them and marks on them. Better to bring your own bath towels. Super hardworking staffs especially those who serve at the restaurant, they work from 7am till 10pm. Big respect! Reception staffs are friendly and helpful too. The only issue is the aircon in the room, it switches off automatically almost every hour, hard to maintain a cool enough room...
