“Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm welcome and kindness of the staff to the beautiful room decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey! What really stood out was the exceptional quality of the staff. I wasn’t feeling well...

“El baño de la habitación era anticuado y los muebles estaban rotos. El desayuno tiene poca variedad y no tenia buena pinta. El hotel tiene bar abierto a todo el mundo en las zonas comunes. Hasta las 23h tiene música alta y no puedes dormir.”

“Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. Basic breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are available with dinners being shared dishes with other guests which gives the opportunity to meet others. You can hire bikes...

“Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water. The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Shame about the monster resort getting built in front, looking at cranes and building work. ”

“Comfortable hotel near Cat Ba town, with good views of the bay, and out of sight of the building work in town. We had a one night stay before a boat trip on Lan Ha and Halong Bays. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, effective Aircon, and comfortable bed, although slightly limited choice of nearby restaurants.”

“El hotel no se encuentra en la calle principal, sino a 5 minutos en moto, por lo que es muy tranquilo y se duerme muy bien. El dueño del hotel es muy agradable. La única pega es el desayuno, no se puede elegir que comer. Por lo demás, todo perfecto, limpieza, instalaciones y personal. ”
