“AC definitely did not get cold. Ceiling fan did not work either, we were given a box fan at least. I’d say the pictures of the property on Expedia were a little generous for the quality of the room we had. We seemed to be the only ones there the night we stayed and if that is the best room available with a poorly working ac unit and non functional fan I wouldn’t want to see the other rooms. “What a magical place! The staff was so helpful, ensuring we had everything we need due to the upcoming storm. They even texted us when the volcano was fountaining so we could rush to view it! The kids loved waking up to the sights and sounds of a rainforest. Beautiful location.”

“Two of the towels were not cleaned and still hanging behind the bathroom door. Some of the towels had stains on them. The property was ok but not super clean. It was just for one night so we were fine with it otherwise would not recommend staying in it for multiple days. The sofa bed was quite old. Definitely not worth $200+ per night.”
