“The rental house was in good condition, and it was obvious there are some improvements underway. The exterior of the rental had just been painted (the paint was still drying) when we arrived. The interior was very well kept with more than enough space for the four of us in our family. The location was tucked down into a small residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to downtown Kona.”

“We just got home from a week long stay at the Foster Ohia Rental Home. This was our first trip not staying with family locally, so finding this home nearby was perfect. The home was so comfy and included everything you’d need to make your stay enjoyable. It was private and excluded and we already miss going to sleep to the sound of the coquis and waking up to the chirping birds of the forest. Staying up on the hill was much more enjoyable and offered a nice reprieve from the Kona heat. Also...

“The cottage was close to all activities but felt like an oasis every time we drove through the private gate and up the hill. We had everything we needed right down to beach towels and snorkeling gear. And we really appreciated the fresh fruit! Hosts are very kind and made themselves available but otherwise left us to enjoy ourselves.”
