“We stayed here for 9 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Avi made us feel completely welcome. The home was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we needed. Every window and sliding door had screens, letting us enjoy the island breeze without worrying about bugs. “Very well finished, nice art work and the beach chairs were definitely a bonus. We brought our own snorkel sets but having those available too was good. Very quiet, comfy bed.”

“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

“Lauren’s and Nicks place was a perfect stay for us. It is up the mountain and away from any hustle and bustle. However close to many places to eat and beaches. Lauren and Nick were easily available to get a hold of. The place is small and perfect for us two and not having a TV was nice to have a break. If you are looking for a place that is in a peaceful place with lovely host this is a must! ”

“This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. “Condo was newly renovated and was a comfortable stay. Location is great as you can walk to restaurants, etc. Overall it's a great place for a couple to stay in Kona.Reviews saying that parking is bad are semi-true as it's a first come, first serve place without enough spots for all tenants. Just prepare yourself if you come back later in the evening you'll most likely have to park on the side of the road. We did so a few times and had no issues.Only suggestions for the place would be to add...

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Palms room. It was really peaceful and it had the accommodations we needed for a quick two night stay. The description of the property is very accurate. You may need ear plugs if you're not used to the sound of koki frogs at night. The noises were not an issue for us. They do have complimentary ear plugs. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling without kids!”
