“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

“We had a wonderful time exploring the Island for the first time. The property is clean and well kept, all the basics are stocked. The location is perfect for day trips to Volcano NP, Waimea, Hawi, and Hilo. Only problem is there is so much to see and never enough time! Looking forward to void next visit! ”

“This is an ideal condo to stay in when you hoy to Kīlauea Kona. Has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Right in the heart of Kīlauea town so you can walk anywhere. Shops, Restaurants and bars just steps away but still secluded enough for a quiet nights sleep.Laundry facilities on property. Very traditional Hawaii. You and your significant other will live it.”

“My family really enjoyed this 2 bedroom condo. The 4 beds was able to accommodate my wife and I in the main bedroom, our teenage boys in the spare bedroom with dual twin beds and our 2 young daughters on the pull out sofa bed in the living room. The owner was quick with his responses anytime I had questions. He also was very accommodating with us and we were very appreciating of that. I would definitely rent from him again in the future”

“We were met by Judy and Michael when we arrived and they had delicious banana bread, fresh bananas and a papaya which we enjoyed for our breakfasts. They had all the amenities needed to sleep well, shower, cook/pack lunches, wonderful beach amenities, and some delicious restaurant recommendations. Judy and Mike are so very kind and caring and always available when we had any questions.We would love to stay again!!Mahalo!”
