“Needs a deep cleaning and the cookware needs to be replaced as they are extremely stained. There are also exposed wires in the cabinet above the stove. There’s a nail sticking out right below the sink that put holes in two of my 30 nursing shirts. ”

“We had a lovely stay! Kevin was an excellent host answering questions and helping us when we needed information. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable and exactly as the listing shows. We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. “Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...
