“Real new place - we were some of the first to stay. Driveway a little hard to spot at night on arrival. Great beds and pillows. beach passes for some of the nearby beaches included. Quiet, clean, and peaceful.”

“Family gathering for nearby wedding, followed by exploring the White Mountains and Lake Winnipesauki. Our collective stay was one week. The three granddaughters stayed on the first floor with their own bedrooms and bathroom and family room. All amenities provided in the kitchen.”

“We loved your cozy studio. We came up to see the Dave Matthew’s concert at BNH pavilion in Gilford (only a 30 min drive). It was so comfortable, we loved being able to walk to the beach and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch having dinner and breakfast. The weather was perfect. We spent a day in North Conway shopping at the outlets (only about 40 mins away). We got ice cream close to the house at Ice Out Scoops. It was yummy! Thanks for having us. You’re great hosts!! ”
