“Perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We loved our stay!”

“We enjoyed the place, checkin in & out was easy, nice short walk to the beach. We loved our stay on HHI”

“Host was great. Place was clean with extra beach towels and chairs and a lovely patio outside. Lots of games and books too.”

“The unit was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The ocean view was stunning, and the complex was quiet and relaxing. Check-in was simple, with an easy process at the gate to get a parking pass.Parking isn’t assigned to each unit, so finding a spot close by can sometimes be a bit tricky—but it was still manageable and not a major issue. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return—next time for a longer...

“Cute little spot. Clean and host was quick to fix an air conditioning issue we had. Allowed us to bring our dog which is an extra plus!! Less than a mile from the beach and all the hot spots. Great find.”

“Awesome place to stay! We would love to come back!”

“We liked having 2 BR & the proximity to the beach and golf course. However, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work. Probably the thing we liked the least was that the place smelled strongly like wet dog & as if a flea or roach bomb was very recently used.”

“Room was great and host was very attentive ”

“Cozy space close to the beach. Good food nearby and fun drinks by the pool or beach. A wonderful place to relax.”

“The room was exactly as described—well stocked with everything we needed, easy to get around in, and had a really charming feel to it. Beach access was super convenient; just a short walk and you’re on the sand. They also have tennis and pickleball courts right there on the property, which we used a couple times and they were in good shape. Plenty of restaurants nearby too, from casual spots close by to some nicer places a short drive away. We’d definitely recommend this place.”

“Excellent unit with awesome view. Kitchen so well equipped. Comfortable beds. Host is outstanding and responds quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely book this unit again.”

“While communication with the host was fine, the description of the condo itself was not. The picture show a beautiful and well maintained area. It was not. There were holes in the floors and walls. Broken beds, door knobs and closet doors. When we arrived there was food in the fake plants and dead flies behind the small appliances. There were food crumbs in the silverware drawer and dirty pots/pans put away in the cabinet. In the pictures and the description given to me by the host, there was a...

“We have stayed in Queens Grant many times over the past 20 years. There were enough beds for 4 people, but this time it was just me and my husband, and this villa was clean and perfectly appointed for us. The host provided everything we needed. My husband was thrilled that the tv was big enough so we could watch the World Cup final. The location was perfect. We rented bikes and rode them every day to the beach (parked at Dunes House), to the store, to shelter cove, and other places around the...

“You won’t find a more nicely appointed villa at this price point! It is several levels above other units in the same area in decor and ambiance!”

“We really enjoyed staying here. It was covenient to everything but still a quiet location in a pretty setting. ”

“Nice, laid back, down to earth resort. Lots of families. Very welcoming.”
