“Communication with the property owner was excellent although there were no issues to communicate. Rather the owner kept us well informed and just checked in with us via message. Made us feel reassured. Inside the condo was very nice, owner took care to keep rooms clean and added small things like shampoo, soap etc which was helpful. We did feel safe with the gated entrance as well. Although we went to the beach only once there was a boardwalk to the beach which was nice and golf cart...

All of the beach supplies were appreciated. It’s about a 10 mins walk to the beach or 15 to Coligny. Lots to do without having to drive very far. “Our stay in Palmetto Dunes was amazing! This property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near "everything" Palmetto Dune's and Hilton Head has to offer! Our family had so much fun riding bikes, going to the pool which is right outside the door, and running on the beach in the Palmetto Dunes Turtle Trot. “We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Landing. It was perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to Harbour Town where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and climbing the lighthouse. It was quick access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, which we loved! The villa was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was well stocked and all of the bedding was updated and comfortable. “We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines with our family and friends. The location to Harbortown is definitely ideal! The living room is very spacious! The condo is above all of the shops and restaurants at Harbourtown so there’s definitely a noise factor! Garbage trucks, maintenance vehicles, delivery trucks, all coming early in the morning and at random hours, so did not get much sleep! The decor, while nice, is definitely not beachy. “Just like the description and pictures. I would prefer less parking lot view and washer/dryer in unit but that’s not owners fault. Personal preference that I didn’t realize was so important for our family. Owner is very honest and transparent. Also the bedrooms are very dark as they face the inside hallway with no outside light. Again. Personal preference. Just thought I’d add for someone who might feel the same. ”

“We loved our stay! Close to everything! We walked to breakfast and the Tiki Bar. The walk to the beach took 2 minutes! Everything was as described and communication with Larry was awesome. Will stay again!!”

“Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Beware that there are 3 flights of steep stairs. Close to the beach, the short walk took us about 10 minutes pulling a wagon. We enjoyed the gas grill and upper covered balcony. Area seems very safe. Probably will not rent again just because of the stairs ( we are an older couple) ”

"En realidad si la limpian pero usan algún producto súper barato de olor que hacer que el lugar huela terrible, un fabuloso malo, toda mi estancia estuve con rebote del olor de su producto de limpieza es terrible, deben cambiar de productos tal vez un Mr. Clean de aromas suaves, por que el olor de todo el hotel era terrible, también el personal de la recepción no fue amable, fue muy cortante y antipática, le preguntamos cómo llegamos a las 11:00 de la noche que si podíamos hacer entrega una hora más tarde para poder dormir y descansar y se negó rotundamente pero no fue nada amable, en la mañana el desayuno si fue bueno y el personal de cocina y comedor muy amables "
