“This home is amazing. One of the best I have ever stayed in. Location was amazing for getting around in Victoria. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, teas and coffee. The 9 of us could sit around the dining room table with plenty of spare room. The owner welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the home. Every small detail was taken care of right down to special make up remover face cloths. “We were surprised as to the price for this lovely accommodations. It was exactly as described. Very clean. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because the carpets and walls had a few stains that perhaps were caused by previous guests. I however would use this accommodation again. Host was exceptionally warm and accommodating. Very clean. Being a basement suite, we were ready to forgive upper floor footsteps which was very minimal.”

Communication with the host and his co host was prompt and very useful.The location was very good for us …a 15 minute drive at most for many of the activities we undertook. Noise from people renting the upper unit was minimal. Overall an excellent rental compared to others that we have stayed at on Vancouver Island.”

“The property was conveniently located for our trip. It would have been nice if the second bedroom had a small dresser to unpack suitcases into but was not a show stopper. The kitchen was well appointed and the full size fridge was great to have. The hosts were very friendly! It met all our requirements for 4 seniors to stay for 3 nights.”

All the facilities we needed and the added bonus of an array of breakfast items which meant we didn't need to rush out for groceries as soon as we arrived.
