“Checkin, check out process was easy! Host even reached out to let us know the condo was available to check in early. Upon arrival it was just as pictures showed. I had a teenager and young son, they loved the easy access to the beach and pool. You can park and not have to leave. Shops, restaurants, grocery store all within distance. Easy 20-30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. I would stay here again.”

“Excellent. Clean. Property management was excellent. development under renovation but will be spectacular when done.”

“Overall it was a good. The stairs are fairly steep and need to be considered if desiring to rent it. Also the parking for this unit is very difficult to get into and out of. But we did like to be able to look out and see the fireworks over the other buildings. It does need instructions for worling the dishwasher and stove vent as if you don't have those models you will have a problem with them. When we needed something we got good service from the company for the most part.”

“The unit is very well taken care of, with plenty of interesting decorations. The views from the two decks are *way* better than the listing photos and were the highlight of our stay. The beach was lovely, with super easy, close, access.”

“Love this place! It is at a great location, just a few steps from the beach, Bert’s, Chico’s and very close to Center street. Covered parking, beach equipment, and a covered porch are some of the great things about this place. Love staying here!!”

“Fantastic host and cozy apartment for our long weekend. Between the wine and snacks at checkin, to the balcony with ocean views, to the fun bunks for the kiddos, our stay was excellent. The place is on the small size, so if you’re have even 4 people it may feel cramped. But you are at the ocean, so you should be outside ;) Overall fantastic stay.”

“Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“Very comfortable and a great locayion”

“Enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very orderly. Place was in tip top shape. I had contacted the hostess a few times with question, she got back to me very quick. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again.”

“The location and view were fantastic! Great get away for couples!! Only complaint was that there was only 1 - washcloth and 1 - hand towel. There were 2 towels though 😊”

“Though currently work is loud on the condos next door, the location of Port O Call is great. The pool is clean and a great size. I had to speak with the property owner a couple of times and he is very nice and very easy to work with.”

“Beautiful apartment. Comfy beds and great linens. Walkable neighborhood and centrally located. Parking is a bit tight and the steps are steep but doable.”

“This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason....
