“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“When we checked in on 3/17 the lady at the desk that evening was not welcoming at all. That was a major turnoff from entering the door… not Welcome, not Hello, just do you have a reservation…. Like why do you think we’re here lady ? Most rooms are up about 20 stair, I got help with my bags my husband did not. When we checked out no help to bring bags downstairs. If you like a semi-soft springy mattress this is the place. Location is great but that’s about it. ”

Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! Las habitaciones y los baños son muy amplias y limpias con camas cómodas y decoración sencilla pero acogedora y con toques sureños. L@s recepcionistas son muy amables y ofrecen quesos y vino de cortesía en las tardes, café de cortesía a cualquier hora y desayuno sencillo de cortesía llevado a la habitación. NOTA: No cuentan con restaurante en el hotel, pero la mejor marisquería de la ciudad –Raw 167- está cruzando la calle....

“Outstanding hotel from which to explore the immense beauty of Charleston. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. ”
