"Me encantó , lo único que no me parece es que pague en línea y también me hicieron pagar allá ! El cual dijeron que me iban a devolver uno y hasta ahora no me han devuelto nada pagué pareciera por dos noche para 4 personas. Y n entiendo por que ! Si ya había pagado en línea! Es lo único que encontré malo! "

"First of all, we booked this hotel pretty late at night, so there was no changing once we arrived. After getting into the room, the first thing that overcame us was the smell of wet dog.. I immediately opened up the windows and tried to get the smell out and it never went away, but did get a little bit better. We had one of the rooms with the sofa, bed and were never given any sheets, it had some type of cover on it that looked like it had not been washed and under the mattress, the bed was all moldy. We also found candy wrappers in the room, but we already knew that it was not thoroughly cleaned.. also there was a marble piece in the bathroom that was almost about to fall off and look horrible. breakfast was plain, but nothing special. The same people from the front desk are the same ones that clean and they go back-and-forth so clearly they’re not doing a great job. "
