“The room was excellent, the location was great, it was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. The host was very nice on the phone and seemed welcoming and enthusiastic! She was helpful when I accidentally booked the room twice on VRBO and helped me get the refund. It would have been nice to have been greeted in person when we arrived. And it would have been nice to have a dining area available for breakfast instead of having to bring breakfast up to our room on a tray. We did not see...

“Crows Nest was right in Bohens wharf which made it very walkable and easy to get around. Upon arrival, we had some miscommunication with keys/ room assignments. However, that was fix very fast and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! Over all this is a very nice place to stay for a short trip in Newport (2-3 nights).”

“We had an amazing time, and the view from this property could not be beat! The apartment was clean and the decor was lovely. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The dirt road was difficult to navigate with bikes, and was a bit more removed from town than I had expected. I would stay here again if I had a car on the island. ”

“Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. “Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars.
