4 adults, 3 grandsons all had a great stay. Boys could have done pool and waterslides everyday. Condo was located in a convenient location to drive to North side of Kauai, Hanalei Bay. South side to Pouipu Beach area. Loved the Condo, is beautiful with great views and comfortable. Room for all.

Great ocean front location, lots of space!

We had a great time in Waipouli Beach Resort! We loved the Kapaa location - so convenient to access both north and south shores. The beach was beautiful - we wish we spent more time enjoying it. Lots of fun for kids (and adults) in the pool, slides, waterfalls and lazy river. The condo was huge with lots of sliders and deck spaces to enjoy the ocean view and breezes. Irena was super responsive! Only knock on it was that the washing machine needed a deep clean. Front loaders can be tough. Otherwise, 10/10 would stay again!!

Amazing Stay!

We loved the location we were in and the view took our break away when we opened the door! It's very spacious and by an elevator, but there was no sound from it to bother us. The amenities were as listed, and the pool/hot tub/beach was wonderful. The manager was easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to work with.

Perfect vacation!

It was ideal for a family of 5 with 3 teen/young adult kids. The extra bath was helpful. Having the washer and dryer in room was great! The location on the island was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Great condo for a family

This condo has so much space! It was great for 5 adults and 2 little ones. Easy access from the lobby and so close to the pool area. Great having the washer and dryer in unit. Bathrooms were very spacious and clean! It does need some TLC...carpet is in need of some deep cleaning, and there are ripped screens on the lanai. Still, this was a great place for our family vacation and the extra space can't be beat! The grounds are beautiful and kept up daily by staff. Our littles loved all that the pool area had to offer! We also enjoyed seeing the "resident" seal on the beach. Comfy lounging chairs at pool and beach. The hot tubs were not always working, something the staff needs to keep an eye on. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing accommodations in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was very comfortable for our family of 6. Great communication with the owner and quick responses. We hope to be back soon!

Truly the place to stay on Kauai

Location, location, location. The best possible place for easy access to all the popular activities going either north or south around the island. There are other resorts which look very appealing–but they don’t have a traffic light at their entrance for direct access to the highway-VERY useful. This light and crosswalk make for each access to a shopping mall across the street-Safeway, fast food, and a Starbucks. The unit is incredibly spacious and nicely adorned with attractive furniture. The dining room and large lanai off the master have stunning views of the resort’s pools and garden in the foreground and the beautiful ocean beyond where the sun rises–Wow! The resort’s pools are lit at night. In addition to multiple pools, there is a winding river, body slides, and 2 spa pools–1 for adults only! The spas are well maintained and sized for a group. There is a fabulous restaurant on the premises located at the edge of the beach called “Oasis on the Beach”-highly rated on the OpenTable app. The 2.5 baths provide space for larger families. Lots of towels and first-class amenities. The owner has stocked an additional closet with items for water fun: pool noodles, flippers, boogie boards, folding chairs, etc. Beach towels are available at the pool area. The owner, Irina is excellent to work and glad to fix any problem. If you want a great experience, gorgeous view and easy access to all the activities the island has to offer, this really IS the place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay!!

My wife and I very comfortably stayed here with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, and with my father. The place is very spacious and nicely furnished, the bathrooms are large and very nice, the views are excellent! Excellent communication too! We rented bicycles in the lobby, and there are paved bike paths taking you along miles of beaches to the north and south of the complex. The pools and jacuzzis are nice too.

Superb Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and located right in the center of the resort. The view overlooking the resort pools and ocean was picturesque. We watched the sunrise from the balcony every morning. The host promptly replied to our questions. The location of the resort is perfectly located - not too far to go North, not too far to go South. We highly recommend staying in this condo!!

5th Anniversary in Kauai

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting/experiencing the beautiful island of Kauai! After ten fantastic days on Oahu with nonstop activities, it was a nice change of pace to be able to slow down just a bit. As soon as we landed our shoulders dropped and relaxation set in. The condo is in a perfect spot on the Island to be able to go in any direction and not have to travel too terribly far. Tastefully decorated, clean, spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed. We throughly enjoyed our stay there and look forward to returning. (Also a bonus is the 24 hour Safeway in the shopping center across the street and lots of really good restaurants and coffee shops close by! Very hard to leave Kauai...🌸🌈🌴🌊

The room has a great view of the ocean, and the location of the property was really convenient for all of the activities we had planned. The kiddy pool was great for the little kids. The host was great to work with and was very responsive to our messages.

Best Condo on the East Shore

The condo was as beautiful as in the pictures with amazing ocean views. We have stayed at other units in this resort and they don't compare, Irina's unit is by far the nicest and cleanest. It is the only unit we have found that actually feels like a luxurious ocean suite. We requested an early check in and late check out, and Irina was a wonderful host, so accommodating and quick to respond. Perfect stay, we will definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful property with amazing views.

Exactly how we pictured Kauai. The views from the balcony were unreal. The host was exceptionally accommodating since we had a late flight out on checkout day. Only thing bad we could say was the hot water didn't last long so space out your showers. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and this condo was just perfect for our family. The view from the condo could honestly not have been better - amazing views of the pool and the ocean - waking up to the sunrise every morning. As a mom with 4 kids (11, 12, 14, 22) I want to comment on some of the things I loved about this property. First, the pool was great for our big kids, but would have also been amazing with littler kids, too (especially the part of the pool with the zero-depth, sandy entrance!). The set-up for this condo was also ideal for our family - with two beds in one room where the kids stayed and then a Master bedroom. The place was very quiet! We never heard people above us or beside us which was so nice when kids were finally down for the night not having to worry about tons of noise from other vacationers. Kitchen was well stocked but we especially appreciated all the pool and beach toys! Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, even a small cooler! This was so wonderful to have for our beach days. Great restaurants within walking and driving distance. Ice cream and shave ice right across the street for a midday treat. Grocery store across the street was so handy, too! We loved this place and would definitely stay again - highly recommend!
