Hermoso condominio frente al mar ubicado en el lado este de la costa de coco de Kauai

Bellamente amueblado, este condominio frente al mar tiene excelentes vistas de la costa de coco de Kauai. Disfruta de maravillosas vistas desde el interior o desde tu terraza privada que da al océano y a una playa de arena. Un área poco profunda protegida por una pared de roca de lava es agradable para niños y no nadadores.

Descansa en tu lanai para disfrutar de la belleza de la naturaleza en medio de la suave brisa. Los amaneceres coloridos son un regalo especial para los madrugadores. Está a un corto paseo de la piscina donde podrá relajarse al sol y darse un refrescante chapuzón a su gusto.

Wailua Golf Course está cerca y se encuentra entre los mejores campos municipales de la nación. Ofrece desafío además de espectaculares vistas al mar. Navegue en kayak por el río Wailua y camine hasta cascadas o tome un crucero en barco por la famosa Gruta de helechos, un lugar popular para bodas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully situated on ocean bay. Great view from 2nd floor. Wonderful pool. Near good restaurants. Tastefully decorated. Not the highest end fixtures, but entirely satisfactory. Abel to get in early which was a plus, just called the mgt co and they called me back when clean and ready for entry.

The condo was very nice. The area was great too. The Kauai Vacation Rentals folks were responsive to the minor requests that I presented.The airflow through the condo was very good.I would recommend this condo.

Beautiful location

The proximity to both the north and south shores is perfect. The scenery from the window is a beautiful bay with sandy beach and a tide pool, lovely grounds and swaying palm trees. The property managers were great to work with. Loved our stay.

Great Spot!

This lovation was perfect! The beach on the property was great to hang out and swim. It's in walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The lanai overlooking the water was a great place to hang out as well! Truly enjoyed our time here!

Great view from the balcony

We woke up every morning listening to the crash of the waves. The property has a small beach, but a 1000 sq ft area blocked by boulders 2 ft deep to allow small kids to swim and wade in the ocean safely. Will stay here again based on the central location on the island and view from the deck.

Great location and beautiful grounds

Overall the stay was pleasant. The grounds and location of this condo are perfect. Condo is very dated and would definitely benefit from some updating. However, for the price and location is provided the service we were looking for.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and convenient. Having two bathrooms was a big plus, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the washer and dryer, which made things much easier during our stay.A few small things would have made it even better, like having some basic spices for cooking and a coffee grinder. The only challenges were the humidity (there’s no air conditioning, so we relied on fans, which made it a bit warm and sticky) and the ants, which are common in the area. We kept food in the fridge and cupboards, which helped.On the positive side, the property manager was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. When our shower clogged, they had someone out right away to fix it.All in all, it’s a comfortable and well-managed condo that offers a peaceful stay in a beautiful location.

Anniversary Celebration

This is our second trip to Kapa a, but first at Lae Nani. The property was a bit dated but clean, great location, comfortable king bed, perfectly located between the north, south, and west side. Local shops made shopping a breeze. This one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. Lord willing, we will be back.

beautiful Kauai

This condo was an awesome place to stay. Ocean front, heard the crashing waves, lots of space. Loved the location. Only issue is that I don't remember reading that it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We didn't need one, stairs are fine, but for others it could have been a problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lae Nani is the perfect location for getting to all areas of the island. There are plenty of restaurants and stores close by. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have beach chairs and a small cooler for day trips. We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the property management company took care of the problem. The grounds are beautiful and the sound of the ocean was perfect. We look forward to returning.

Love Lae Nani, Unit is older w/wear and tear

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at the Lae Nani complex for many years, it's hard to beat the views and location on the island! This unit is worn - notably one of the bathroom showers is difficult to operate, there wasn't enough hot water for two showers (property management did stop by to adjust the temperature and it didn't impact water temp more than one day). This unit is priced lower than others nearby, if your budget can flex a bit, recommend looking at other options.

Beautiful view from this 2nd floor unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have stayed in Building 4 many times before. We love the cross breezes that occur with the bldg being parallel to the beach. Unit 424 has about 12 stairs since it’s on the 2nd floor. This unit has one small bathroom with a small shower and another bathroom off the bedroom with a tub/shower combo. KVR was very accommodating to our needs. Our 10 days were so relaxing. My husband golfed every day and I shopped at the little shopping center next door, sat in a beach chair down at the beach and swam in the ocean to cool down. From there I showered off sand and moved to the pool until it was time for a happy hour drink with my hubby.

Mold Growing & Very Little Hot Water. No washer & dryer in unit. Beautiful view

The location is great. The view is $1M. The condo is well stocked, but so yourself a favor and find another place to stay. There is mold growing and we both got sick. Very sick. You can smell it when you first walk in. There’s about 1-2 minutes of hot water then it’s the ocean temp. So forget washing your hair, conditioning it, shaving and bathing all at the same time with hot water. The add said washer and dryer. The breaker box has a label with washer and dryer on it. Apparently it’s in one of the 3 locked doors. The office said we had to use a coin operated one at the office. We wouldn’t have chosen it for a 13 day stay had we known there wasn’t a W&D in the unit. I read the review about the hot water and assumed people were exaggerating or took long showers. Nope. It lasts for 2 minutes max. As a landlord, people should be responsible and not try to rent out a moldy unit without remediating it first.
