Beautiful place, great ocean view. Chairs available to take down to the shoreline were awesome to have. Super comfy bed with ac in the bedroom. We pulled around to the stairs to unload/reload so we weren’t hauling everything from the parking lot Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The place was really clean but there were a few minor details probably due to poor weather delaying cleaning prior to our arrival. Only complaint was that it is a trek from parking to condo with luggage and groceries. The trick is to pull up to front of condo from back road and unload/load The bed was super comfortable and AC was nice to have in bedroom when needed but we preferred to hear the ocean. The views are incredible and the ocean front lawn grounds and pool were great too. We would stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay but experienced a few issues. The recliner was very comfortable but the sofa not so much. Only one set of sheets for a one month stay was not sufficient. There was no cable but it was advertised on VRBO. The wooden chairs on the lanai and the dining table were uncomfortable. Overall we had pretty decent weather and a good visit.

The condo was clean and well equipped for our 2week stay. It is close to town, food and any equipment you might need for fun. The views were spectacular and we even saw humpback whales from the lanai. I enjoyed exploring the tide pools and snorkeling close by.

What a fantastic location. Imagine, every morning you awake to the sunrise while watching and hearing the waves of the Pacific Ocean! Kapaa was a perfect middle ground location for us. The condo has everything you could need. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s an awesome beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a rain umbrella, an extra sleeping mat/cot for the floor, and having the bedroom AC was so appreciated. The couch also pulls out into a bed, but we didn’t use. The location was quiet and very relaxing. The pool and hot tub are a short walk away on the other side of the building. The laundry facility is in the building by the pool and takes quarters. I found out that the paper products included are one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper and four tissues. I was surprised about the tissue situation, but you could guess how much a box is at the grocery store! So if you have CRN (chronic runny nose, ha ha) like me, I’d suggest bringing your own tissues. I highly recommend this location. It was perfect to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. We had a blast with the no-door helicopter tour, sunset dinner cruise and coffee plantation tour. I hope one day we can come back again!

The unit was very clean and the ocean view spectacular!Having air conditioning in the bedroom was nice, but we missed having it in the entire unit. We needed a cool spot after touring, cycling and hiking each day.

Listing said air conditioned. Only bedroom had ac. Rest of unit very hot. Parking for this unit was very poor. It was a long walk to the room particularly with luggage. View and sunrises were spectacular!

We loved the unit. We loved the privacy and peacefulness. Not much people traffic on the shoreline, just the people staying there. We loved the lawn space. We would stay there againThe only thing I would add is to add some safety bars in the shower.

Great location! Wonderful to be right next to the water and we watched the sunrise almost every morning. Very comfortable stay except the heat on the living room was a bit much. Hard to do anything about it though.

Fabulous stay

Overall our stay was perfect. Some issues with the app that never worked for info on the rental, but otherwise, we figured it out. Clean room, beautiful view, private.We were very thankful for the AC in the bedroom, it was running and ready for us when we got there late at night. Nice quiet location overall, pool was a nice addition.Room was hot and humid without AC in main area, but sleeping was nice in that air-conditioned room.

Better than advertised

This is a beautiful, convenient end unit. It was perfect for our family of 4. There is an AC unit in the master bedroom. It has a pull out couch and fouton for the kids to stay in the breezy living area. TVs in both rooms for winding down if needed. A cooler, towels, beach chairs, fully functional kitchen with everything you need. Enough soaps, TP and clean towels to last our family for a week. It is spacious and feels luxurious, with just a small walk to parking, pool and hot tub. Lots of great eats around and a Ross, Safeway and Longs close by in case you forgot to pack anything. It is in perfect location close to the airport and easy drive to both sides of the island. Our communication with the property management was so easy and quick before and throughout our stay. I can’t imagine a better stay here in Kauai. We will absolutely be coming back here and sending our family and friends here going forward! Mahalo!

Mom and daughter girls trip

Aloha! Our week in Kauai went by way too fast! We are sad to be leaving today. Kapaa is not my favorite town to stay in, but being on the east side you are right in the middle for shorter travel to the North and South shores. Conveniently located close to a Safeway for your groceries. The condo was great, the view is AMAZING. My daughter and I enjoyed sleeping on the pull out so we could listen to the ocean waves at night . My other daughter chose the comfort of the AC in the bedroom. The condo has 2 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella which we used every day. I do wish there were a couple boogie boards but we were lucky to find one in the laundry unit to borrow for the week. Minimal spices so if you plan to cook, you’ll need to buy almost everything. There is salt and pepper! Best family spot in town to eat dinner we found was the Napali brewing. There is also a spot with several food trucks that I hear is the way to go also. There is a nice walking trail close by that runs along the ocean. You’ll have to drive to any ocean spot to spend the day.

Great location

The location was amazing. There was very little communication with the owner (except several pages of legal agreements to be signed, understandably), but the owner/manager was prompt to send the door code and address. The notebook in the space was totally inadequate. There was no warmth about it, and the front and back of one page was all there was. There was little information and only the tiniest single map of the property. It would have been helpful to include details about where to find trash and recycling, suggestions of restaurants, etc. Signing the guess book almost seemed silly since there was little effort to make us feel welcome…just a business transaction. The interior was nicely decorated and updated. Again, the location was the star feature. With that said, we would stay again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This property has amazing sunrise views, it is decorated nicely and well stocked. Easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. Short walk many stores and restaurants. Can't wait to return!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Reminds me of a Retirement center with nosy old people everywhere! Hated my stay at this place! No hot water half the time. Absolutely DO NOT STAY HERE!! I could go on and on but take my advice!! Unless you want to have your every move monitored by old people who are snotty and rude!! . It absolutely almost ruined our vacation if we wouldn't have spent every day away from here!

The view!

It is about the view (which was outstanding!). Kitchen had what we needed, bed was very comfortable (a/c was a must), breakfast on the lanai was amazing (we left a snowstorm behind), couch was comfy for our daughter to sleep on. FANTASTIC response from host & never any parking issues. Kapaa is a great location to launch from
