  • Most Requested Unit due to awesome view of garden with a back drop of an ocean view. As an added feature, this unit has split air conditioner in both bedrooms which will provide a restful night sleep. This unit is clean and well maintained. Unlike other units, guests have use of clothes washer/dryer in the unit. Other units guests are required to pay to use onsite laundry room! Also Unit has BBQ close to the entrance and is almost your own private BBQ!! Newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath corner unit so it is very quite and private . Guests of this unit do not share landing. Property has an exotically beautiful landscaped gardens and palatial lawn areas. Located on a sandy, swimmable beach. Lae Nani is an exceptional ocean front property which is centrally located on the Coconut Coast of the East side of Kauai. NOTE: See Na Pali Coast state wilderness Park it is well published to be one of the WORLDS MOST BEAUTIFUL COASTLINES. Lae Nani is only 15 minutes from airport, 30 minutes to the north or 30 minutes to the south. It is walking distance to shopping, dining and activities including the Kapaa Coastal Path. The gated property offers private off-street parking(free parking), and a tennis court, and swimming pool. Please be aware that Lae Nani has a non smoking policy.

Beautiful condo in great location

We loved staying here. The view from the lanai is fantastic and its right on the beach. Loved the restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Lovely condo. Beautiful location. Plenty of room with comfortable furniture - both inside and on the lanai. The grounds are impeccable. Easy access to sandy beaches, stores, restaurants, and both ends of the island. The host was easy to work with. Check in and out were smooth. Highly recommend.

Amazing lanai!

Our family, with kids 3-10 had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the central location to all things on the island. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of extras and the beach toys/chairs/cooler was part of the reason we booked this place. Everything was clean and tidy, as shown in pictures. Ocean view with the lagoon and garden close by was a great treat.

This condo was great for our family of 4. The AC in the bedrooms worked great and made it very comfortable for sleeping. The location of the building was a little further away from the ocean than we had thought we would be, but is was just a short walk. The ammenities were all great, loved the beach blankets! We felt safe and at home. The couch was very firm and not super comfortable, but luckily we spent most of our time outside or on the lanai!

Amazing property. Great for children

We all loved it. This place was perfect for our family. The host was very helpful when we had a dishwasher problem. The place was immaculate. Quiet. Part view of the ocean, but enough and a huge lawn if you need more.

Great family trip!

Given we have never visited the island, the location of this condo was perfect. It allowed us easy access to all of the activities we wanted to do. The condo is as described and well cared for. The grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful condo. Beach and pool ...wish it was more on the beach, but never the less everything was

Stayed from thursday to Friday. Flights were cancelled Friday and Gil accommodated us for another night thank goodness. Condo was full furnished with everything you could possibly need and more.

Do not hesitate to book your stay at this property. This is an absolutely stunning spot on the Coconut Coast. It is so peaceful. The ocean views, the gardens and the lovely pool make for a wonderful stay in Kauai. Mahalo 🌺

Great place to stay

Very nice property with lots of little details by owner. Great view and fully equipped kitchen. Place was clean and up to date. Our family had tree generations from 11 months to 77 and we were all very comfortable and had a good time.

Great location!

Our stay was really wonderful. The space was comfortable, the views and layout allowed for lots of together time and alone space. The beach at the property was perfect for spending time, swimming, and enjoying the weather. It is right on a curve sp the wind was whipping along the long stretch around the corner and this little cove was protected. Lots of walkability and everything we needed was supplied!

The perfect accommodation and location

The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need (cooler, chairs, beach umbrella, kitchen basics). The porch with nest chair was perfect to start our mornings and the small beach accessible from the condo unit was a perfect place to relax. We took many day trips around the island but were always happy to return to the condo.

Most amazing vacation ever!

What a wonderful experience renting from Gil. The unit was better than expected, the grounds and location simply couldn’t be beat. My family with two young children were very comfortable. We loved the pool and being able to walk to the Coconut Marketplace. The provided cooler toys and chairs were also great. We can’t say enough good things about what we just experienced, and can’t wait to stay here again!

A perfect place to stay

This condo was incredible- our family of 5 was very comfortable. We absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the condo and throughout the entire property. We loved the pool (including the view from the pool area of the ocean and mountains) and the beach/ocean swimming in front of the property. We enjoyed lots of adventures throughout the whole island so the central location was perfect. Gil was very helpful all the way through. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would 100% recommend it to friends.

Great family vacation spot!

This was our second time at the Lae Nani condo complex and once again it did not disappoint. We love this area so much that this time we brought extended family - our group of 12 spread out across three 2-bedroom units. This unit was very comfortable - perfect for our family of 4. Everything was as expected. We had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Beautiful property. Fun to sit outdoors. Many nice features. Dishwasher needs an update. Needed dishcloths, sponges, more pool towels and more bathroom washcloths.
