“The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...

“The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. ”

“Beautiful condo in a great location. We loved how close we were to restaurants/shopping. The pool is just across the street. Kiahuna beach right in front of the plantation was perfect for our 8 and 10 year old to boogie board. We ended up just driving closer to the beach on the grounds, but it’s an easy 5-10 min walk. “We had a good stay and the host was very responsive and quickly fixed some minor issues we encountered at the start of our rental. Unfortunately, it was not clear that the athletic club could not be used on our last day, which was a bit disappointing (an attempt to rectify this at short notice did not work out). Overall, great location, nice condo and a very responsive communication with the host. We would (maybe will) stay again in the unit. ”
