“The view from the studio is superb! We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach via a short walk down the hill on a paved trail. Lots of birds are always around and numerous nene geese are almost always present. Excellent communication makes for a seamless experience. The restaurants on site are really good and should be considered during your stay. Nice to have AC, but we didn’t need it. We will return!”

“The ground floor unit was lovely! It was as described, kitchen had everything you needed, appliances were newer, clean throughout. Bed was a king size and comfortable. We didn’t have a view of the ocean, but wasn’t a far walk to sit and enjoy the fabulous view this complex had. Pool was nice. The landscaping was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend! ”

“The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...

The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. ”

The configuration of the bedrooms upstairs is a little awkward but doable for people that are not too concerned about absolute privacy. The location is excellent, parking no problem.
