“There is a $25.00 fee per day for the condo (on top of our Expedia charges) and a $15.00 fee for a parking space, also per day. The facility is very nice, the unit had a washer/dryer and two small boxes of laundry soap. I thought it was a bit stingy of them to tell me that I had to buy coffee after depleting the 'sample' coffee by the pot. The location is an hour north of the airport, which when you arrive at night, is a bit of a drive in the dark. I wouldn't stay there again.”

“This a a fabulous studio in a great North Shore location! Kimberlee provides all the amenities you need and more, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment! The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The A/C and fans work really well, and the lanai (patio) is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice place, and Princeville is lovely! When planning for meals note that while there is technically everything you need to cook, it is not a full kitchen with an oven or stove. The host was great, quick to respond, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!”
