“Hotel muy bonito en las zonas sociales , la entrada al hotel, el lobby y area de piscina. Las habitaciones muy descuidadas, los muebles la alfombra y la cama junto con sus sábanas en muy mal estado. Creo que deben modernizarlas .”

“Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.”

“The view was beautiful and the room had every amenity we needed! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too! The kitchenette was great and the host even left the nice little box of goodies for us. Hanalei Bay Resort is amazing and we definitely look forward to returning!”
