“No power when we arrived. Supposedly it was a grid problem, but the neighbors had power so I’m not sure. There are some serious maintenance issues like shelves in the bathroom barely hanging on the wall, as well as the top board on the stairs being very loose creating a severe tripping and safety concern. The place really needs some deep cleaning. Cracks in caulking in bathrooms, filthy baseboards, smoke detectors hanging from ceilings, and inconsistent messaging between the message in the app...

The home was immaculate and newly renovated and furnished. We were also able to bring our small dog and it had a good size backyard for her. We would definitely stay again!”

“We stayed for several days while visiting New Orleans. Host was very responsive and helpful. Lounge across the street could be busy but never too noisy inside the home. Street parking was always available. It’s a pretty easy walk to a streetcar stop. All in all it was a comfortable place to sleep.”
