“Our host was very quick to respond and friendly too. The place easily accommodated space for six adults (lacks appropriate cookware for those who want to prepare food in-house). The location is six blocks from the trolley and also a Fresh Market which has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and we're able to experience a variety of things to do. ”

“We had a great time at Quaint Charm in NOLA. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to all attractions. The parking is only on street, we had to go to the side streets occasionally and if you have dogs the courtyard is mostly paving stones so you will need to take walks on the sidewalk which is not ideal. Overall we’d recommend this rental, we had a great time there.. ”

“Very clean. George was very quick to reply to all our needs. Great location - close to Tulane, Feret and streetcar. Very easy parking in front and safe with outside gate. We were in bottom unit so a bit of noise from above. Could use a few more cooking utensils and night side lamps. ”

“Visited the mansion with a group of girls and we absolutely loved the space- somehow, it’s even nicer than the pictures showed and I am so glad we found it.That being said, I gave the listing 3 stars due to inappropriate interactions with the property manager, Carl. He entered the mansion THREE times unprompted- without even knocking and without permission. He was polite, but this kept happening… The first time he barged into the dining room and claimed to be ensuring the door was properly...
