“Don’t waste your time staying here. Hallway carpets and stairways were very dirty. Outside grounds were in need of a lawn mower and weeding. Went down in the morning for a coffee and poured a quarter cup of grounds in my cup. Packed up and did not stay for breakfast so cannot rate the food to be fair. Room was average and floors were in need of a cleaning. The ratings online are from the previous owners and not current.”

“We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”

“Very clean and friendly! Bed was quite hard though, everything else was good!”
