“Really loved the hot springs! Easy check in. Plenty of parking. The cleaning of the room might need more help, we did find someone's sock under the armchair and the main chair was pretty worn out. However, everything else was wonderful.”

“I would never stay here again or recommend it. When we arrived about 10 minutes before check-in, we were stuck behind a lineup of roughly 30 people waiting to pay to use the pool. The hotel sells day passes to the public, so by the afternoon the pool was overcrowded with non-guests, leaving paying hotel guests unable to enjoy one of the main amenities. The room was equally disappointing. The air conditioner smelled terrible when running so we had to open a window but the window wasn't properly...
