“We were very impressed with the size of the room. It was very very nice. The negatives were it could be cleaner. The ceiling fan was dirty. The windowsills were not clean. The fridge had a lot of ice buildup in it and it caused a lot of our food to freeze so we lost some of our produce. The outdoor waterpark and pools were very nice and overall I would give this an eight out of 10.”

“The property is definitely stunning and close to many things, however I found myself disappointed. The room was okay. Good view and lots of room to store your items. However, the sheets had multiple hairs and same with the bathroom floor. The carpet was disgusting and dirty and lifting up in some areas. Water pressure in the shower was nice but we were provided with very little towels. The staff lack costumer service skills and are not personable. No proper check-out. My partner and I had to...
