“This hotel is the perfect option for people that are looking for a hassle free stay, both check in and check out can be done online without having to go to their lobby! The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel! ”

“This place was perfect for my stay - very clean, conveniently located, and calm, with a comfortable bed and parking right outside the door. There is no kitchen but it does have a fridge/freezer, microwave, and electric kettle. If this room is what you need then I think you’ll be happy. Host was very communicative. No problems. Enjoy Leadville. ”

“My time house, Scarlett, was perfect. Has everything I needed and was equipped with all of the essentials. It was super clean and everything worked as advertised. Great location with easy access to everything downtown Leadville and all of the trails. ”

“Cute little tiny house, walking distance to downtown, with mountain views. Was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to sleep the 4 of us, with room to spare. Only complaints are that the A/C unit is more of a decoration than a reality, and we lost a wallet while we were there (realized after we left) and the owner/property manager never got back to us with whether they found it or not, despite us reaching out multiple times and them responding that they'd let us know. ”

“This was a lovely and fun tiny home that we got to stay in to watch the Leadville Skijoring festival! It was super close to downtown festivities, but far enough away that it was quiet when the doors and windows were closed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cozy Leadville stay -- great value for the location and space as well. ”

“Flew in for the race. Could not have been a better stay from a convenience standpoint. Quiet, clean, well equipped with things like coffee filters (not always the case and so appreciated). The only hiccup was finding the exact cabin. There are 5 separate units- wasn’t sure which one (no reception to check). But our phone call was answered promptly. ”
