Property was in a great location with easy access to beach. Room was comfortable and clean. Construction going on at the facility maybe should have been mentioned but I can see that by it was not. Only the one restaurant at the place when the add said three. One was closed for construction the other closed at 430. The main restaurants food was not very good for the price although we did enjoy the live music. All in all great location and for the money it was okay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Such a nice pool area and beach at a walking distance and very clean and clear. Front desk staff was very rude and would stare at you when asking a simple question.

Short stay worth every penny

The stay was more than expected. The hotel was gorgeous and the facilities top notch. The location was spectacular. The food was good and the staff was more than helpful and pleasant.

This was the perfect property for the two of us. We generally stay in a condo with a full kitchen but the mini fridge was fine this time. The room was clean the beds were comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. The long beach was perfect dow morning walks.

Great Location

I had an overall positive stay at this location and I would recommend this to others. The best part of the stay was the location. I could easily access both North/South side and everything both had to offer. It's proximity to the airport was amazing and it had a perfect sunrise view. If I were the property owner, I would include more luxurious and large beach towels - two per guest, four beach chairs, and an umbrella. If I were coming as a guest, I would recommend packing towels. I also noticed it had two beds, they were double beds, I wish they were queens but that was clearly outlined in the booking. We had a lovely experience here and I highly recommend Kauai!

As advertised.

As advertised, but my next trip i will look for a place with more amenities. Microwave 2 floors away, doors slamming at all times day or night. Room furniture was a little shabby, with drawers that wouldn't open. Not a deal breaker but made for a less than 5 star stay.

Amazing Kauai resort in great location

The Kauai Beach Resort was the perfect place for us to stay making it easy to travel to the north and south sides of the island. The only thing that bothered us is the restaurant at the hotel includes an 18% service charge. Most of the service we received was great, but there were a few times it could have been better and we didn't like being forced to tip regardless of the quality of service.

What a Treat!

This location is unbeatable. It’s absolutely convenient and is off the main highway! The resort itself has great views and great employees. I loved staying here! The room itself is a tad outdated but that only really matters if you’re to stay in it 24/7. All else about it were great during our time at the resort! I’d definitely stay here on my next visit! Pics added: single tree is the view out the room’s balcony, pic with many trees is the view of the pool area, view of the water is the beach a walk down the pool (i believe you can’t swim here because it’s rocky, but there’s a bunch of accessible/swimmable beaches around so it’s definitely not an issue. You’re in Kaua’i after all ;) ).
