“Me and my wife celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary and stayed in the downtown loft and couldn’t have been more pleased. Loved the close walk to great restaurants and shopping. The liveliness of downtown was entertaining and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Johnson City!”

“Everything was great once we got in. We are older...in our 70s, so the unpredictable parking options and the many steps to climb with luggage were undesirable challenges for us. The apartment is immaculate though. Having a restaurant downstairs was convenient.”

“We needed a place to stay that we could bring our small dog, and this place was perfect. Had a small yard for us to walk him in. We were gone during the day, home for lunch & at night. The room is about the size of a hotel room, and we were all comfortable there.”

“At first we felt like overaged grad students due to the location, young adults and music. We were in town for a funeral and also had our 7 year old grandson. But everyone observed the quiet time and the place was really charming. Grandson loved the swing and children's nook. I loved the front porch each morning while sipping coffee. “Probably one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in in terms of layout, decor, size, and cleanliness. I would recommend with some caveats:-It is almost TOO clean, in that it smells very antiseptic. Like strong cleaning products. Knit picking for sure, just making that info available for those who are sensitive to strong smells. I'd personally prefer very clean over rosey smelling but dirty!-They very much put themselves out there as dog friendly. Which is nice if you have a dog. But also means, many...

“We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

“Our host was top notch and we loved the free snacks.I would make one communication recommendation. There was a min-fridge in our room and we just assumed it was on. In fact it was plugged into a power strip and we realized too late that the power strip, while plugged in was turned off. Guests need to know accordingly.”
