La habitación muy bien, lo único que nos pillo la última habitación al lado, creo, que del cuarto de limpieza y al sacar las cosas a primera hora de la mañana se escuchaba. Pero por todo lo demás muy bien. Céntrico, con metro cerca, la habitación no muy grande pero suficiente para no estar agobiados. El personal muy agradable.

El trato de las personas que trabajan en este hotel fue muy agradable y profesional en general y particularmente Ángela en el servicio de desayuno. Algo negativo fue el tamaño, excesivamente pequeño, del cuarto de baño que hacía que su uso fuera muy incómodo.

Hotel super bien ubicado para pasear por Londres
La ubicacion es excelente, el personal muy amable .. tienes caminando Covent garden , Picadilly y el British Museum , zona muy segura y con acceso muy cerca al bus y al underground Excelente servicio de concierge

Hotel práctico
El hotel está bien en general para el precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el único pero que le pongo es el servicio de limpieza, ya que hacían muy tarde el cuarto, casi 4 de la tarde, y no nos reponían los vasos desechables pero fuera de eso está muy bien ubicado y está limpio y agradable.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de las estaciones de metro Holborn y Russel square. Se puede ir caminando a diferentes puntos de interés de Londres (trafalgar square, piccadilly, covent garden, soho...). El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. El wifi funciona muy bien. La única pega en nuestra estancia fue que reservamos una small double room y la cama era muy pequeña para dos personas. Aún así, recomiendo totalmente este hotel para pasar unos días en Londres.

The location is central and safe. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We arrived in the evening and the staff at the reception desk was not too friendly. The staff we met as we checked out in the morning was nice.

Lady that checked us in was super nice and let us check in early. The king bed was uncomfortable and uneven (2 x singles pushed together) so really wasn’t ideal. TV would work only after resetting the power every time you wanted to use it.

Viajamos con bebe y fueron muy atentos facilitándonos cuna y trona en la habitación. La habitación amplia y tranquila. El único pero, el colchón que era muy blando.

Bitten by bugs during sleep - avoid!!!
I was bitten twice by something whilst sleeping at the Mercure hotel. My colleague found an insect of some form burrowing into the mattress in her room. The mattresses and pillows are not clean under the sheets at all. I would never stay here again and have used indorex on everything in my case on returning home to prevent spread of bedbugs.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable bed. Strange corner room where you literally had to roll over the bed to get to the tea/coffee making facilities as no access around the bottom of the bed, but for 1 night as a solo traveller it was fine.

Staff and cleaner were 10 out of 10 . The twin room was small and did not seem like a 4 star hotel room . The furnishings and desk, wardrobe were dated and dark . The bathroom was better except for the shower screen not being wide enough and so soaked part of the floor and no additional hand shower . Radiator had rust on and the windows did not close properly so let in cold air and noise . No mini fridge . Did have ironing board and iron & hairdryer
