Es muy moderno el mobiliario y de buena calidad el servicio del bufet de desayuno excelente en general recomiendo mucho este hotel

El hotel esta bien ubicado, con la linea picadilly a 2 minutos andando, buenas camas y un buen baño. Ahora bien, limpian cada 3 dias, eso para mi es horrible, aunque si pides que te suban toallas te las suben. La zona en la que esta ubicada no hay ni un supermercado ni una farmacia o algun sitio donde comer, o pides por ubereats o tienes que irte al Sainsburys de Chiswick park que esta a 25 min en metro haciendo 1 cambio de linea, al final te acostumbras. Otra pega es la gente del barrio, tiran mucha suciedad al suelo, y… dan un poco de miedo, tienes que ir con la cartera asegurada. No recomiendo salir por esa zona a pasear, mejor coger metro directamente. Un viaje de una semana bastante aceptable. Pero mejoraria la limpieza y que las paredes son de papel.

Habitación muy cómoda !!!
Hotel muy cómodo y limpio... personal amable ... justo frente a parada del metro. Desayuno muy bueno... precios y comida de carga mala relación calidad precio servicio.

Quality hotel just next to the Park Royal tube
Booked in and checked in at 10pm. The staff members were friendly and helpful, even at 2am (i was doing some work on my laptop). Just across the road from the tube station (picadilly line), so getting into London Central was easy. Points lost because of the limited number of parking (paid, not free) spaces (i was lucky to be able to get the last one.

Hotel nuevo ,cerca del metro.
Es un hotel nuevo. Lo único que el personal del hotel podría esforzarse un poco en hablar español ya que soy el cliente. Parada de metro , justo enfrente. 25 minutos al centro en metro, son 3 zonas. Zona segura y tranquila. Al lado de un centro comercial con varios restaurantes. En general excelente.

Top level comfort and service
Really impressed with this hotel. Staff were super accommodating and let us choose a free bottle of wine from the bar since we were not bothered about having our room cleaned for the 2 days we were there. Hotel bar, lobby and entrance was just so nicely set up. Rooms were really modern, great lighting options and the TV even has a chromecast in it so you can steam netflix, youtube etc... from your phone to it. The bed was super super comfy and everything was super clean. Check out was 12pm which gave us plenty of lie in time. Perfect stay. 11/10

Overall a decent place but the rooms were very dark as well, I had an exam next day and couldn't get enough light to focus on my studies. They should atleast provide some extra lights options for people who need it like professionals staying in the hotels who have to give big exams. Online check-in and online check out was not convenient as it wasn't functioning so had to wait in the reception to get the keys sorted. Check-in and check out should be swift and fast as I won't like to be in a qué to receive my keys when I already have done online checkin to save time. Hopefully they will improve on these other wise not a bad place to be in.

Good, modern hotel situated just off the Westway. Very close to Park Royal tube so convenient to get into central London. Only downside is that the car park is very small.

Reception staff where amazing. Polite, professional and aesthetically well presented. The staff where in particular warm and accommodating professionals. Despite the busy and demanding position they work . Il use many accommodations when travelling for work and the Park Plaza is among the top 5. Parking is a little pricey
