I had to work overnight and the gentleman at night desk went above and beyond to help me with an additional TV screen and a place to work at. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night.
