“No realizan limpieza diaria de las habitaciones ni cambio de toallas que ya se encontraban bastante gastadas, el sistema de calefaccion a lass 4 de la mañana comienza a realizar muchos ruidos, y en el area donde nos toco hay una puerta de salida de emergencia para accesar y muy temprano la azotan muy frecuente, el personal muy amable y asistencia con el cuidado de maletas es genial, ubicacion centrica y segura”

“Pictures were misleading. The couch was NOT a bed anyone can sleep on. No extra sheets. Asked for some and told they were in closet... they were not. Other bedroom could barely fit 2 people. Having 5 was tight. ”

“This unit was looked beautiful on the listing but ultimately was a nightmare irl. I booked this spot for my bachelorette weekend and there was no hot water and the place has a roach infestation.When I tried to contact VRBO for a resolution they wouldn't give me a refund without "proof" but how do I show proof of cold water and roaches when I was so terrified I killed them immediately? Terrible service, do not waste your time.”
