“We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. However, if you’re looking to explore the area and enjoy a lively atmosphere, this may not be the right place, as it’s quite isolated and located in the middle of nowhere.
