“We found this property after a hotel reservation for our party of four adults was disrupted. Extremely rare find to have 2 King Beds which was exactly what we wanted. Property was exactly as described - fully appointed kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Central air conditioning was a must have considering the temperature and humidity. Location was very conveniently located for our planned activities and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this if...

“We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday to celebrate in Memphis! The space was great for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out. Pictures not exactly a true representation. Ping pong table not in great shape. Shuffleboard table unusable. Beds were comfortable but actual construction of the space was very poorly done. Was told there was a Keurig coffee maker but that wasn't the case. Overall was ok for our needs but not sure I would choose again unless some updates were made.”
