“We had a fabulous time! It was a fantastic location to anything you might want to do yet perfectly far enough to feel relaxed and secluded from the hustle and bustle of other tourists. This home was very well stocked with anything you might need throughout your stay. We absolutely loved winding down at night with ice cream in the amazing theater room. What a treat! We didn’t have any issues and all communication was prompt and appreciated! We weren’t left wondering about check in/out procedures...

“Stayed here for 2 days on 4th of July weekend. Fireworks where awesome right on the lake! The pool was great no restrictions! Quite family friendly environment! Plan on doing this several times a year! Also they got me a golf cart at the last minute, which was awesome!!”

“It's a cute little place and served our purpose of being near the Top of the Rock, Branson Belle, and Branson. We had plenty of linens and enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. It was quiet and peaceful.During our stay, the city put a water boil advisory into effect, so we weren't able to use the tap water for drinking, ice, brushing teeth, etc. We weren't expecting that, but no fault of anyone and Ryan text to make sure we were aware, which was extremely kind of him to do. I did give 4 stars...

“My family stayed at this property for 6 nights and had a great time. The house is better than advertised and the location is terrific. You are in walking distance to Baxter Marina, beaches and the lake. The pool, pickleball courts and other property amenities are just an added bonus. The owners, Carolyn and Charles were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back again! ”
