“Great weekend trip in Nashville, celebrating bit=rthdays!!!”

“We had a delightful stay. The layout of the condo is convenient and the location is quiet. We were a short distance from the venues and restaurants we wanted to visit. The views and sunsets are spectacular. Underground parking was great and easy to access.”

“Loved the unit! Nice quiet area, clean unit with comfortable beds. The management company was also very helpful. Only 1 thing I feel needs to be made clear is that the pool in the pictures is not attached to this building. It is at the building next door. You have access to it and it is just a 2 minute walk but renters should be aware of this. Thanks for a great 5 days.”

“The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable.”

“The location was great- short walk to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And...

“Absolutely awesome rental. The location to broadway is FANTASTIC but without all the noise when it’s bed time. The owner is on top of communication and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.”

“We really liked the property, it was clean and accurately described. The only thing that was irritating was how loud the a/c unit was. It was central air but was located inside of unit. If you would have anyone sleep downstairs it is located next to the couch.”

“I made the mistake of digging deep into reading the reviews AFTER booking the home (not my finest moment). Some doubt and concern began to sit in but it was too late to change our minds. All of that to say...we were pleasantly surprised to see that any of the previous complaints regarding this property have been addressed: brand new couch, clean sheets, etc. While they can't do much about the seedy neighborhood, we weren't too worried about it since the fire department was within eye shot of one...

“Knowing nothing about the Gulch area before arriving, we couldn't believe how nice it was. Everything is pretty, there's great spots to eat and drink, and it was totally safe to walk to Broadway day or night (we were two couples). The wives loved lounding at the pool. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. A great home base. It can get a little wild/loud on the streets outside on a Friday/Saturday, but that's city life. “Just the right size for 4, but I wouldn't recommend a. larger group. 2 full bathrooms for us was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet and safe. Lots of off street parking. A quick Uber ride to Broadway and back.”
