“Property was ok in comparison to the listing. The outside amenities including the pool and all three decks are amazing and make up for the lack of supplies and quality of furnishings on the inside.”

“Inside is old. Wasn't clean. Food on counter and floor. Bathrooms were not very clean.Black stuff in vent of a/c unit in bottom bedroom. Part of deck rails were broke and not connected. Overall pretty disappointed in it.”

“Ok there was a lot of really great things about this house but I did take off a star for some things I found bad. First, we had sugar ants in the kitchen pretty bad we had to put all our food in the refrigerator to keep them off not that big of a deal, but there were ants. The real bad issue was the bed in the master bedroom is like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I couldn’t take it so my son switched with me and I took the queen bed which was much more comfortable, but there’s like AC ducts...

“Host was very responsive. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and our dog. The proximity to the beach was excellent; it was about a three minute walk, which was great. Very affordable for such a clse location.”

“Jamaica Cay was an awesome rental property. The bunk room was a bottom level room with a bath. The two guest rooms were second level with a king and Queen set up on the main level and bath. The primary bedroom was on the top level with king and large bathroom. This was a perfect scenario for 9 basically adults as we could all have our space at times and divide up. It is on the canal with beautiful sunrises, kayaks and bicycles to entertain older teenagers. We enjoyed our stay!”
