“The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.”

“Decoration it is just ok for a, five stars. Too much children's in the spa, it is not a relaxing zone. The hotel it is a in the city , but few kilometers from the city center. Breakfast ok, good quality, with a big variety of sweets, and meals, but no natural orange juice. ”

“We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner! We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings! Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything! ”

Hubo personal de mantenimiento que vino a revisar la lampara, sin embargo nunca solucionaron el problema.”
