“Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

Friendly staff and clean room. Suitable for nature lovers, went up nature trail to view sunrise. The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet.”

“Only 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things.
Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there.
Advertised for 10. But only 4 cups 4 chairs. Yes enough beds but not enough facilities.”

“We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard before we could park and check in. After 3 different conversations with the guard and another hotel receptionist from a nearby hotel, we were eventually directed to a completely different hotel reception down the hill 5 mins drive away, where we were told that we need to use an app to check in, despite us having driven to a different location! This then took a long time to do, the instructions to collect keys were slow to arrive...

Muy amable el personal, bueno, (a secas), el desayuno.
El cuarto es muy grande, pero tiene una distribución muy extraña, me da la sensación de que mucho del espacio está desaprovechado. Tiene refri, pequeña cocina lavatrastos, y un espacio en medio a modo de sala de estar, pero no es realmente cómodo para estar. La cama, que es muy cómoda, así como las sábanas y almohadas, está en una subdivisión semiabierta. Hacia atrás de la misma hay otra con espacio de ropero y caja de seguridad. El baño es grande; en dos ocasiones el agua no salió caliente.
A fin de cuentas supongo que la relación precio /calidad es correcta.
Bien ubicado a doscientos metros de Jalan Alor, famosa calle con cientos de puestos de comida. Por cierto, la comida (enorme variedad y calidad) es lo más destacado de la ciudad para mi gusto. "

"we booked a 2 room with 2 beds , and it was a 2 bed room but different than the photo of the cathalogue, looks like they did not have a 2 beds rooms and put the bed in the place of a king bed room, one beside the other with no gap between. If I knew that I would not have booked in this hotel"
