“Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email. VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE ”

“We had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early (subject to availability during the day) which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, willing to refill food, and housekeeping did a good job making up the room and offer more drinking water. However, there are several areas that could be improved. First, the parking instructions were unclear, and as first-time...

“The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably”

“We booked because location was practical for the early morning wedding we attended. The place is rundown, but bedlinnen was clean, and the jacuzzi was more fun than expected. ”

The room is clean, well maintained, well designed and suitable for group visit. Several types of units available that suits your needs. Most units are with 3 rooms, that fits 6 people but...

“Excellent and clean room !!”

“There is a major difference between budget and cheap and this property can only be described as cheap and neglected! The entire expierience isn’t worth 10% of the price paid!”

“Suitable only for a big group get together. However there are lack of staff to maintain the place. The place look run down and not well maintained. Regulation is loose. You can karaoke until late at night”
