“Host was wonderful providing all info needed. Beautiful place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Best place we have stayed this trip. Peace and quiet and very private, but close to a lot of things to do. Wish we would have had time to use the hot tub but were too tired to do so. Would stay there again.”

“I loved the location. The hot tub was amazing and the little seating area was the best especially for morning coffee. Can't beat the view and the short distance from all the amazing sites!!! Will stay here again 1000%!!! I also love that therr was free and clear detergent available especially because I am highly sensitive to frangrances in detergents. ”

“Totally enjoyed our stay. The home is convenient to hiking and white water rafting. It was very close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs which have quaint little shops. quiet neighborhood, Comfortable beds, and sufficiently stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Correspondence with the owner was timely. Cant say enough good things about the home. would definitely stay again.”

“Wow! What an amazing stay! We arrived to a deer waiting at the welcome sign and visits daily from our woodland friends. The unit was in pristine condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bath was clean, plenty of towels and great shower water pressure. The kitchen had every convenance - very clean and appliances easy to use. (It did take a minute to realize there was an on/off button on the back of the Keurig - haha)Outside the hot tub was a nightly hit and the lovely chair and fireplace...

“This apartment is in a great neighborhood, perfect location for getting to the mountains for hiking or downtown for shopping and restaurants. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe and comfortable here. The bed is very comfy and I loved the large tub for a soak after hiking. Parking is on the street, but I never had a problem, there was always a spot available. ”

“It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. A little confusing on the initial checkin as the front door of the house is not the door used to access the property. That door is to the right and down a flight of outdoor stairs, to a mid-level of the house. There is also a lower level, so a 3-floor house with different access points. Besides the tiny tv, limited parking space on the road, and only 1 bathroom for a 3-bedroom space, it worked out pretty well. I’d definitely stay here again. ”
