“Very good and good location Thanks”

“Clean, spacious new hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Old Town. Will be staying again.”

“It was very lovely”

“Ubicación, habitación, personal... todo genial”

“The hotel is located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with many excellent restaurants just steps away. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is good and offers a nice variety of food options. We used the airport transfer service both upon arrival and departure, and it worked perfectly. Additionally, Nina at the front desk kindly helped us by preparing a box breakfast for our very early morning...

“Staff increible. Buen desayuno. Impecable la limpieza. Cama y almohadas comodas. ”

“A nice lounge on the property or aroof top lounge would have been a nice touch The staff were amazing and helpful”

“Todo ha sido excepcional”

“Buena atención del personal”

“Muy amables, siempre disponibles para atender. Yo necesitaba lavar ropa y me dieron un excelente servicio. Los recomiendo siempre.”

“Mia and Jasmine on the front desk were amazing. Both helpful am knowleable, English was perfect. Great breakfast, and a comfortable bed.”

“Overall, it was an okay experience. But we left the apartment with the AC turn on and when we came back it was turn off, when we said that we didn't want cleaning service that day. Also we book a bus with them to halong and we left more than one hour after the stablished hour, so I won't recommend booking additional services with them if you are in a rush.”
