Beautiful Zen Temple Home on Canyon Lake!

This beautifully decorated and peaceful temple we call home comfortably sleeps a max of 8 people. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, covered patio with furniture and BBQ grill. It also comes equipped with full access to a large front-yard/backyard, an above-ground pool 18-feet in diameter and 4-feet deep, and more. The location is very centralized and accessible to popular swim spots on the lake, boat docks, restaurants, grocery stores, the whitewater amphitheater and tubing.

IMPORTANT: We have an above ground pool right beside the house; however, there is no fencing around the pool. Please swim at your own risk. And be especially careful of young children. And for those of you who have small children, we also want to make you aware that there are some breakable artifacts throughout the home.

Our Zen Temple home is just that... a meditative temple, filled with treasures from our years of world travel. Hopefully you will feel the peacefulness and love that we have put into it. We are blessed to be only 5 minutes from the lake, in a quiet and secluded part of Canyon Lake.
If you are looking for an adventure or simply to take a few days off from busy life, you have come to the right place! The most popular swim spots on Canyon Lake are only a 5 minute drive away!
There are so many things to do close by, with public parks, tubing, live concerts, baseball fields, basketball courts and more!

We have four beds: one king, one queen, one queen air mattress, one full size. We have listed that 8 people can stay here, which includes 2 people sleeping in the full size bed.

*We are a family-friendly PARTY-FREE ZONE. NO EXCESSIVE DRINKING & ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD, DRUNKEN OR UNRULY BEHAVIOR. IF YOU BREAK THESE RULES WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE. We have children and clients adorning this land so NO loud noises (including playing music outdoors at anytime), NO drug use, NO family feuds, and minimal alcohol consumption. We also ask that you DO NOT LIGHT ANY FIRES and refrain from wandering the property as it is privately used by other residents. * NO EXTRA GUESTS allowed other than those approved upon check-in. * Smoking in designated OUTDOOR areas only.* NO PETS, SORRY (we have cats on the property who are frightened by other animals). Interaction with Guests:
There will certainly be someone available to check you in, make sure you're comfortable, have everything you need, answer any and all of your questions, and hopefully be here again to check you out when done! We will provide you with our contact numbers for the duration of your stay, just in case you need something, but will promptly get back to our own busy lives and leave you in peace to enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Our property is on North Park Rd - right next to the gorgeous Canyon Lake Dam which is only a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Visitors come from all over to walk, cycling, run or dance across this 1 mile long dam. The views are spectacular and the best swimming spot on the lake is at the far side of the dam. This is a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Our property is nestled amongst the trees and unnoticeable from the main road making it private and tranquil. We are less than 1 mile from FM 306 and the "On The Rocks" Bar & Restaurant with Live Music every weekend. We also have one of the best boat launches minutes away and the brand new "Brookshire Brothers" grocery store a few miles down the road.

Getting Around:
You definitely need your own vehicle to be able to get and stay here! We are in the middle of the Hill Country with zero public transportation options. You can rent cars easily enough at the local airports or nearby in New Braunfels. We also can offer the use of some bicycles when you're here.
