“I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. “The entire state was amazing and everything was literally perfect. However, the home had some areas where things were either broken or a little dirty in spots. Overall though, the entire place was huge! Definitely bigger than the online listing. The backyard was beautiful. The photos on the listing are also a little old because the home had a lot of updates and modifications. Like I said, though it just could’ve been cleaned a bit better and fixed in some areas so that people wouldn’t be afraid...

Harbor Island Park is a 20 minute walk away, and dozens of restaurants and charming shops line the avenue on the walk back. The train station into Manhattan is just a ten minute walk. It was perfect for my needs - and spacious enough to accommodate four or more.”
