Casas de huéspedes en Noreste de Seattle

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. “It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

“Fue muy mala experiencia el cuarto estaba sucio En la mañana las personas mexicanas que hacían el aseo conversaban muy muy fuerte hacían mucho ruido chocando la aspiradora por todos lados y la cama muy incomoda ”

“Nice and relaxing”

“So this property is 0 flexible with the guests, also i waited almost 2 hours to get into the place, i was freezing outside, you can hear everything on the building, and the shower also had problems, stay away from here”

I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely”

“Falta de parking, dificultad para aparcar el auto en la calle ”

Even during the hot summer days, the space stayed nice and cool (A/C and fans provided). The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and quite hilly (a good little workout!). It was also only about a 10-minute walk to the light rail station, making it easy and convenient to get downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily...
