“We had a lovely time in this heritage accommodation. Our host Sophie was welcoming, delightful and helpful. The property has plenty of character with art in every corner, a library, sitting room and a large garden. Dinner was delicious and good value. The beach is just across the road. ”

“Amazing, quite unique, hotel floating in the middle of a lake with snow capped mountains in the backdrop, picture perfect. BUT that's it. There's really nothing else to do here, as you rely on food SOLEly provided by the hotel and there's no other external sources for food being so remote and the portions are small so pack some snacks, instant noodles. Aims for some fine dining vibe, but the quality is sub-par, may be due to meals being included in the price. The food alone would convince you...
