The house was exceptionally clean, check-in was easy. We were able to park 2 cars. If you have large vehicles this might be a problem, The kitchen was very practical and well stocked. “Cute homey apartment that had everything I needed and was a quick drive or uber ride to campus to meet with my son at UTK. I plan to stay again as our son navigates the next four years. Loved having K brew and a smoothie bowl place close. I also ran and felt perfectly safe. Recommend, if you are looking for a place north of campus.”
