“David was an excellent host. All the apartment was clean, excellent location with walmart, target and the airport near. “We had a nice stay. Lots of activities at the house for the kids and fun loving adults.”

“First, check in time is at 3pm. Got there at 5pm, still wasn't allowed in for a while because of cleaning still taking place. “The welcome email stating to not flush anything INCLUDING toilet paper in any of the 3 baths?? I’m sorry, what??? I can’t imagine telling your guests to not use the facilities provided, the day of check in! A very large cockroach the moment upon entering was quite offputting. Communication was ok, accommodations need TLC even thought recently updated. Also, this is a shared unit, which may not bother some but shared access not separate entrances. “The house was very clean and easy to access. I requested to depart s little late and they were very accommodating!! We had a smell visit and if in the miami in the future will definitely book this location again!!!”

“The property was nice and clean. Usually when I have stayed at other VRBO’s there is a binder with information. There were no instructions at the property for the hot tub, TV’s or the WiFi login. There weren’t enough wash clothes or hand towels and since there is a hot tub I would expect extra towels for use with the hot tub.”
