Casas vacacionales en North Miami

“David was an excellent host. All the apartment was clean, excellent location with walmart, target and the airport near. The bed and the hole apartment was comfy, wifi excellent, with a tv to watch netflix. Kitchen with all the supplies, coffee maker, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Nice and quiet neighborhood. You can leave the car in the street next to the door and nothing will happen. ”

“Everything was fine except the Internet wasn’t working for the duration of my stay.”

“To begin with, the check-in was done quite quickly and everything was very organized. The house is inhabited for 12 people and it turns out that no more than 2 cars can stay in the parking lot. Also when entering the house was full of cobwebs and dust. THERE WAS A GREAT LACK OF HYGIENE, We stayed in the house for a week and they never cleaned it, or changed towels or sheets, and according to them you have to clean the pool yourself, which they never said in the description of the house. In...

“enjoyed it”

“House needs some work plumbing was not great many of the TVs didn’t work or remotes batteries and smoke alarms need changed”

“First, check in time is at 3pm. Got there at 5pm, still wasn't allowed in for a while because of cleaning still taking place. But ok, next the listing doesn't say anything about tenants living in part of the house, so yeah that was a nice surprise! Overall the house was nice, clean and remodeled. Day two of the stay, got hit with an extra 600 party fee the morning of my girlfriend's outdoor birthday gathering... are watching. Listing doesn't say anything about celebrations upon approval, maybe...

“The welcome email stating to not flush anything INCLUDING toilet paper in any of the 3 baths?? I’m sorry, what??? I can’t imagine telling your guests to not use the facilities provided, the day of check in! A very large cockroach the moment upon entering was quite offputting. Communication was ok, accommodations need TLC even thought recently updated. Also, this is a shared unit, which may not bother some but shared access not separate entrances. It should also be indicated which tenant should...

“Very Nice roomy place! Exceeded our expectations! Stayed for just one night before leaving for Cruise. Fast ride to the ports!”

“Zen area to stay, the house itself is very accommodating for those last minute “oops I forgot something moments”. Location location location. So many great family centric finds nearby including yummy bites & museums for days. High 5 to this property! As for the natural greenery outside along the hot tub, chefs kiss!”

“No es como en la foto”

“Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!”

“Very comfortable space close to hard rock stadium. Very clean with a lot of different areas to hang out. ”
