“This is a beautifully designed unit in a perfect location -- very close to all that Midtown and downtown has to offer. It did not prove to a peaceful respite, however, as the walls are paper thin and the neighbors in the adjacent unit were extremely noisy throughout -- running laundry (which is just outside the bedroom) at 1:00 AM; doing full construction work at 8:00 AM (same morning); talking loudly on the porch just outside the living window, etc. Giving 4 stars because the unit is so nice --...

“We were in town for a convention. Sway was awesome and accommodated us even though we were a larger family. She communicated well and left the extra items we would need to be comfortable. The home was in a great location and check in was a breeze. She is an excellent host who has put a lot of thought into the convenience for her guests.”

“We came for a team competition in Sacramento and this place was a gem. It was clean and soo comfortable. We loved that there was soo many things to do within walking distance. When I had an issue with the door the host replied back soo fast that it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this place and if we ever come back I’d be sure to stay here again and again. ”

“Everything went well. It is a good location Near UC Davis Hospital In a quiet neighborhood. The directions sent to us were inaccurate and took us to a home that the occupant said we were at the wrong place. The directions need to be rewritten. When I texted the host for help in finding the property they did not reply. We had a good stay in Sacramento Area.”
