“We stayed in room 3, spa bath suite. Stay was excellent as always, however one minor issue is that the tap in the bathtub isn't working properly. We were still able to use the bath as normal, but we had to fill the bathtub with the shower head as the tap on the wall is broken and will need fixing. Only minor issue and we still enjoyed the bathtub as normal. Please ensure the bath tub tap is fixed.”

“Shoppes nearby, parking was accessible. No one was on site at check-in initially and that made the process difficult. I chose this place based on the fact that it had a pool, but the pool was covered, though the weather supported an open pool. The shower leaked very bad and water was all over the floor. I left early because of this fact. ”

“In general looks refurbished. But the carpet had a different smell. Almost like wet dog. Room was clean. Bed is comfortable. The rest are fine except saw 2 cars parked differently and blocked/occupied 2 of parking spaces. ”

“Lovely modern room, exceptional customer service and very clean. It was adequate but could of been better. (We would of loved a top sheet on the bed, hot chocolate and some fresh milk in the fridge) These small things make such a big difference! ”

“My room was clean we love it we enjoyed how quiet it is and welcoming great service , parking omg you can park anywhere and very handy to the places I was there for and freedom feeling.”
